Marcia Parker is a customer-oriented benefits specialist who serves as a benefits account and customer service manager at PIAI. Marcia has 14 years experience in the insurance industry. The past 12 years have been devoted to providing attentive customer service to PIAI’s benefits clients. Marcia has her active license in General Lines - Life and Health. Her most important professional accomplishment to date was earning her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation. Her great rapport with clients, willingness to resolve issues on behalf of clients, and persistence in obtaining information in a timely manner have resulted in high retention rates of current clients and the referrals of new customers. In Marcia’s spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her daughter.
