Pasadena Insurance Agency is a very diverse workforce. We currently have 22 people working for our team and more than 50% are either Black or Hispanic. This number jumps higher when we add in the percentage of females that don’t fall in one of the other two categories. This was not by design.
We simply choose to employ the most qualified applicants for the jobs we need to fill. One of the greatest things about having such a diverse team is that we learn from each other.
